ZAUQ -By the little chefs of Kargil : Recipe Book

Zauq is a recipe book based on the traditional recipes of Ladakh, Kargil. A food festival was organised where all the school kids had cooked some or the other traditional Ladakhi delicacy with the help of their parents and served it during the festival. As Ladakhi traditional food is unknown to rest of the world or India for that matter, this recipe book was created. The look and feel of the book is a bit amateur as the inspiration is taken from the school kids aged between 4-12 years.

Zauq brings to you the delicious range of traditional delicacies from the land of Kargil, India.

A local school of Kargil decided to pay tribute to the food of its land by hosting a unique food festival. Little kids aged from 4-12 assisted their parents to cook authentic traditional cuisine and through the process became enriched with the value of ethnic Ladakhi food.
Zauq is the final effect of this food festival which is looking delicious!
